Heemy Taught Me 2

Neo-soul singer Raheem Devaughn (whom I LOVE) released another mix tape for all of his fans to enjoy for free! I counted down the days until "Heemy Taught Me 2" was available for download on datpiff.com. It was loaded with 21 tracks, which included some songs from his previously released albums, a few "beat jacks" as he calls them,an intro and outro. So I pressed PLAY...

Let's just say I had the entire album shuffling every day for two weeks straight! I fell in love with "Heemy" all over again. I showered,dressed,cooked,worked,drove,_____, and slept with it on!

My favorites are:(mind you this is a "baby-making" album)

 "Drank In My Cup" -now I only love this song because of the part when Raheem goes off on these runs of "love making instructions" and adds "...Like Heemy taught you". That part is so HOT to me and instantly I feel somewhat...excited! LOL

"Rejoice"- When Raheem sings "rejoice" it's as if he's describing a very passionate orgasm...This is my interpretaion of the song. So, um...yeah

I look forward to his new single he's releasing titled "Love Connection" this Valentine's Day from his forthcoming album "A Place Called LoveLand".

I sure hope Raheem travels down South more this year! He's been a favorite of mine for many years now!

I am confident that his next album will "Land" him at the 2014 Grammy Awards!!
